Nestled in open countryside close to the edge of the National Park Daisy Cottage Dalston is one of 2 luxurious cottages are the perfect base from which to kick back and relax. Soak away everyday living in the hot tub while sipping champagne, or simply relax in the garden where the only sounds to be heard is that of the birds chirping away. The cottages are luxuriously appointed and offer spacious open plan lounge and kitchen area, snuggle in front of the log burning stove while watching your favourite TV programme or relax in your private garden area with hot tub.

The cottage has oil fired central heating and comprises: Open plan lounge/kitchen area with wood burning stove, watch the Smart 4k ultra HD TV from the comfy sofa or admire the views to the cottage garden through the patio doors. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a delicious meal with electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The utility room has a washing machine and downstairs cloakroom.

The spacious bedroom has a 6foot super king size bed and luxurious en-suite walk in shower room, with hand basin and WC.

All oil, electric, Egyptian cotton bedding, towels and dressing gowns provided. Private parking for 1 car. Private cottage garden with seating, covered hot tub and countryside views.

The rural hamlet of Flanders is situated 1.5 miles from the village of Dalston with a Co-op, inn serving delicious bar meals, hairdressers, takeaway and baguette bar. The village of Dalston is on the Reivers Cycle Route and the Cumbrian Way, walkers and cyclists can regularly be seen enjoying the facilities in the village. The River Caldew flows through the village and the footpath running alongside, can be followed passing through Cummersdale to Carlisle. A 15 minute drive will also bring you to Carlisle with a wealth of shops, bars and restaurants from all corners of the globe. Caldbeck and the Caldbeck Fells known locally as the ‘Back of Skiddaw’ is a 20 minute drive, the views over Bassenthwaite from here are not to be missed, drop down into the valley and continue on to Keswick, in total a 30 minute drive.
