Silecroft Cottages
The village of Silecroft is located just within the Lake District National Park between the towns of Millom and Bootle, and also neighbours the towns/villages of Haverigg, Kirksanton and Whitbeck.
To the east the Lake District fells await with the village nestling at the foot of Black Combe, where on a clear day the Isle of Man, Wales and Scotland are visible from the summit.
To the west you will find Silecroft beach, a beautiful 3 mile long golden sandy beach with a cafe and toilets available in the carpark.
Located on the Cumbria Coastal Route, there is much to see and do close by with fell walks, historical houses, nature reserves or simply watch the sun set over the horizon.
