If your idea of the perfect holiday is to wake up on a morning, pull on your walking boots and explore the mountains from your doorstep, then this is where you need to be. Surrounded by the Ullswater fells, there are walks in abundance, places of interest including Dalemain House only a short drive away and the sparkling waters of Lake Ullswater and Pooley Bridge with shops, bars and restaurants is 2 miles.

The ground floor kitchen is equipped to rustle up dinner with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave and washer/dryer. Enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar whilst planning your next Lake District adventure. On the ground floor the master bedroom has a king size bed and original beams. Freshen up in the spacious bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle.

The cosy lounge is on the first floor to take advantage of the views to Mell Fell. Original beams adorn the ceiling and velux windows flood the room with natural light. Comfy seating is positioned around the wood burning stove and Smart TV. You will also find the second double bedroom on this floor with a canopy of beams.
