River cottage Keswick is a detached cottage siting on the banks of the River Greta. The cottage oozes calmness and a touch of luxury. The perfect place to relax and unwind. Ideally suited to a couple, family of four or two couples holidaying together.

The sitting and dining room are designed with relaxation in mind. You will find a contemporary gas fire, two large comfortable settees and a chandelier over the dining table. The spacious kitchen with adjoining garden room is equipped with range master cooker and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The Garden Room has a further two settees and a coffee table beneath a sparkling crystal chandelier – a great place to relax and chat.

Upstairs the two bedrooms each command views of the Lake District fells. At the front of the house, the bedroom has a super-king size bed as standard, this can also be converted to a twin room upon request. The garden bedroom has a king-size bed and overlooks the river.

You also have a choice of two bathrooms at River Cottage, a rainfall shower room on the ground floor and a spacious bathroom on the first.

The private, enclosed rear garden has ornamental trees, views of the mountains and the river. The raised patio with festoon lighting is ideal for an alfresco breakfast, lunch or dinner. Alternatively, just quietly watch the river go by, the heron is a frequent visitor.

All gas, electric, bed linen and large, fluffy towels are provided. Private parking for 2 cars on the driveway. Welcome pack provided.
