Grasmere village is a 10 minute walk away with shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs, and fell walks can be enjoyed right from the door over Helm Crag (known locally as the Lion and the Lamb), Steel Crag, Gibson Knott and Calf Crag.

The spacious oil centrally heated cottage comprises: Lounge with comfy sofas around the open fire and TV with Sky package. Spacious kitchen/dining room with wood burning stove, dining table and kitchen with central isle and well equipped with two electric ovens, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Shower room with waterfall shower, hand basin and WC. Entrance vestibule with ample space to store boots and coats.

First floor: Five bedrooms, two have king size beds, one double bedroom, a triple bedroom with 3 single beds and a single bedroom suitable for a child. The family bathroom has a claw foot bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.

All oil, electric, logs, bed linen and towels provided. Wi-Fi available. Cot and highchair available. Ample private parking. Two small well behaved dogs (downstairs only) welcome. Enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture and BBQ.
