Nestled within the popular White Cross Bay Holiday Park, right on the shores of Lake Windermere, both tranquillity and convenience await guests. White Cross Bay guests can take advantage of the on-site facilities including an indoor swimming pool, gym, and restaurant/bar, as well as lakeside picnic areas and direct access to the England’s largest lake. The lodge is perfect for families or couples looking for a base away from the hustle and bustle of the popular Lake District towns of Ambleside and Windermere, yet within walking distance of both for shops, bars and restaurants.

Lakeside 1 is set slightly back from Lake Windermere with glimpses between the lodges to the lake itself. Furnished and equipped with everything needed for a break away at any time of year including a hot tub for lazy days or rejuvenating tired muscles after a days exploring.

Inside, the lodge is light and inviting, with an open-plan living space that’s ideal for relaxing after a day on the fells. The lounge has comfy sofas surrounding the electric feature fire and Smart TV, patio doors lead to the private enclosed decking. Equipped with everything needed to rustle up a yummy meal the lodge has an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher to be enjoyed at the dining table. There are 2 bedrooms, the master double bedroom has an en-suite shower room with WC. There is also a twin bedroom and a second family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

All gas, electric, bed linen, towels and bathrobes provided. Private parking for 1 car. Cot available. The lodge has a secure decked area with hot tub and dining table and chairs. There is a laundrette on site for guests use and leisure centre (passes can be purchased from reception) for the on site pool, restaurant and bar which offers live entertainment throughout the season.
