The lodge is accessed via 5 steps but once inside is all on one level. The open plan living area is flooded with natural light and views to the estuary and Lakeland fells. A comfy L shaped sofa positioned in front of the TV and wood burning stove is designed for snuggling on chilly evenings whilst catching up with the latest TV programs. The dining table is positioned in front of bi folding doors which open up onto the terrace and giving uninterrupted breath taking estuary views. The kitchen area is equipped for preparing mouthwatering meals with electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. The spacious bedroom with walk in wardrobe and comfy king size bed is perfect for leisurely mornings enjoying a cuppa in bed before freshening up in the en-suite shower room with double vanity unit and door leading to the hot tub. Linger over lunch at the outside dining table on the terrace with views across the golf course to the estuary and to the Lake District fells.
