This traditional, homely, stone built cottage has it all, original features including a canopy of beams, open fire and a lawned garden. Recently renovated to provide a warm and cosy cottage, you can watch the ducks going about their daily business or relax in the enclosed garden where children and dogs can safely play.

The cottage is accessed through the walled front garden and has night storage heaters and underfloor heating in the shower room and comprises: The cosy living room retains its traditional features with beams and comfy seating around the open fire and TV. The beams continue through to the dining/kitchen where modern appliances effortlessly combine with the character of the cottage, linger over a cuppa at the dining table as you plan your days adventures. Rustling up a family meal is no problem in the well equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine.

The first floor has a master double bedroom. The twin bedroom has pine beds and TV, perfect for the children to watch their favourite shows away from the adults. The shower room has a hand basin and WC.
