The cottage retains its traditional character with beams, an electric stove effect fire, has wonderful open views over the fields to the River Petteril and everything you need for an enjoyable holiday at any time of year.
The cottage is gas centrally heated and is accessed via its own staircase. Ground floor utility room with washer/dryer.
Stairs lead to the first floor open plan living room/kitchen with vaulted ceiling, exposed cruik beams, large comfy sofas surround the Freeview TV with DVD player and electric stove effect fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and dining table. Double bedroom and twin bedroom. Bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC.

The Lake District is easily reached with Ullswater a 30 minute drive, Hadrian’s Wall is also a short drive and the Solway Coast can be reached in less than an hour.
