Glenmore Hewetson Court Keswick is located in an ideal base from which to explore Keswick and the surrounding towns. Being just off the Main Street everything is on your doorstep; shops, bars and restaurants. Booths Supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk to stock up on groceries and the adjacent bus station has good transport links throughout the whole of Cumbria enabling you to explore the area without the need to drive.
The first floor apartment is a modern, light and airy home from home heated with electric storage heaters and has the benefit of private parking. The modern living room has comfy seating around the TV with Freeview, DVD and CD players, bring the family together to watch your favourite film or linger at the dining table after your evening meal as you recap on your days adventure. The compact kitchen has everything needed to rustle up a family feast with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a comfy super king size bed. The small twin bedroom is best suited to children. Relax and ease tired muscles in the jacuzzi bath with shower over, the perfect end to a day on the fells.

Located in the northern Lake District, Keswick is surrounded by fells and lakes which become your holiday playground where guaranteed breathtaking vistas await at every turn. Some of the best Lakeland fells are waiting to be explored including Skiddaw, Helvellyn, Catbells and Latrigg, if the thought of walking to the summit is too much, then take a serene cruise across Derwentwater where you can view the mountains from a different angle.
Keswick has so much to see and do with numerous attractions for young and old alike including the Pencil Museum, Puzzling Place, Climbing Walls, Theatre by the Lake and Cinema, the surrounding area also boasts some of the best activities for visitors with Whinlatter forest offering some of the best mountain bike trails in the Lake District and home to Go Ape just a short drive away. Visitors should also make time to visit Dodd Wood, Ashness Bridge, Surprise View and Castlerigg Stone Circle the rewards of which are stunning scenery which will leaving you yearning to return.
There are numerous shopping opportunities in Keswick with a mix of boutique, outdoor clothing and some high street favourites as well as a well stocked supermarket. As evening draws in, Keswick comes to life with an eclectic mix of cafes and restaurants offering cuisine from around the world and friendly pubs where a quiet drink or live music can be enjoyed.
