Fallowfield Cliburn Eden Valley is a studio apartment located next to the owners home. Found in the centre of the village the apartment has everything needed from which to enjoy a peaceful break away at any time of year including its own private lawned garden. There are 2 village pubs within a 5 minute drive and the owners are on hand to advise on places to visit and provide a warm welcome to guests.

The apartment has gas central heating and comprises: Open plan studio apartment with sofa which can convert to a bed suitable for a child, TV and king size bed. Galley kitchen with fridge, washing machine, combi microwave, toaster and air fryer. En-suite shower room with hand basin and WC.

All gas, electric, bed linen, towels and dressing gowns included. Private parking for 1 car. Private garden with seating and table.

Cliburn is a charming village located near Penrith, known locally as the gateway to the Lakes. The village is situated amidst the stunning landscapes of the Eden Valley which is renowned for its breathtaking scenery, with quiet country roads perfect for exploring by bike. The Riven Eden meanders through the valley, fisherman can regularly be spotted along the banks along with local wildlife including herons and otters. For those looking for an active holiday, there are a number of golf courses and riding centres within a short drive and the shores of Lake Ullswater is less than a half hour drive for watersports or fell top adventures.

Cliburn is the perfect away from it all base from which to enjoy a break from city life. Surrounded by farmland the guests can unwind and recharge their batteries. Whinfell Forest and Cliburn Moss is 2 miles north, great for country walks and spotting the local wildlife. Penrith with shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and cinema is 6 miles away and Haweswater and Lake Ullswater are within a 20 minute drive. The popular market town of Keswick is just over half an hour away as is the historic city of Carlisle.
